摘要: Irrigation with diluted seawater can act as an alternate water resource and thus plays important role in saving fresh resources well promoting agriculture. Two pot experiments were conducted to elucidate the effect of foliar application amino acid mixture (0, 500, 1000 1500 mg/L AA0, AA1, AA2 AA3, respectively) on faba bean plants irrigated different levels (0.23, 3.13 6.25 dS/m S0, S1 S2, regarding some physiological biochemical aspects, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant enzymes endogenous polyamines (Vicia L.) plants. caused significant increases osmotic solutes (total soluble sugars, free acids proline), phenol content, (IAA-oxidase, polyphenol oxidase; PPO, peroxidase; POX, super oxide dismutase; SOD, Catalase; CAT, ascorbate APX) spermidine spermine compared control At same time, indole acetic (IAA), putrescine total polyamine contents decreased response levels. Under salt stress, concentrations stimulated tolerance via improving phenolic IAA polyamines, whereas peroxidation (PPO, CAT significantly decreased. These results emphasize potential sustainable agriculture arid semiarid regions. In addition, it opens up new research lines aimed at obtaining maximum benefit from under salinity or other stress conditions.
