Performance considerations of a photonic crystal based on graphene multilayer system

摘要: In this paper, the photonic band structure of a one dimensional crystal based on graphene multilayer system (PC-GM) is investigated using transfer matrix method. The PC-GM periodically parallel stacks alternating with dielectric stripes between them and layer. Also, effects introducing defect in examined demonstrated degree localization mode become greater increasing period number PC-GM. Furthermore, variation layers width can tune mode.
