摘要: Transmural infarction of the left ventricle can result in anterior, lateral or inferior scars. These scars remodel causing ventricular dysfunction. The role reconstruction using a variety techniques is discussed. Reconfiguring by getting it to smaller size and more physiological shape makes function efficient potentially addresses heart failure.
