摘要: Governments in many countries are facing the challenge of providing sufficient retirement incomes for a population that is ageing as a result lower mortality and fertility rates. An population places considerable financial stress on government budgets spending welfare increases, further compounded by a proportional reduction working-age taxpayers. Exposure to education programs can positively influence planning savings behaviour individuals. In this study an investigation conducted into views fund members regarding elements resources made available them through their fund. Four aspects are investigated, is, whether there differences with respect members’ between genders, older younger members, levels qualification, size superannuation balances.
