摘要: Transmission curves obtained from Colladonus montanus adults, subinoculated as nymphs with hemolymph vectors previously injected Western X-disease virus (WXV), were used to construct a curve showing relative concentration in the after injection. An increase WXV titer of approximately 3 log units was demonstrated between 3rd and 21st days This followed by 1.5 unit decline 37th day initially insects similar course.
