摘要: Wound-healing effect of St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) extract was evaluated by comparing with dexpanthenol and titrated Centella asiatica (TECA) on cultured chicken embryonic fibroblasts. Chicken fibroblasts from fertilized eggs were incubated the plant extract, TECA. Using microscopical methods staining cells, mitotic ability, morphologic changes collagen production in as parameters to approach its mechanism action wound repair. Findings obtained present study indicated that Hypericum exhibited a wound-healing activity whose is similar seems be mainly due increase stimulation fibroblast activation cells polygonal shape, which plays role repair closing damaged area. The findings demonstrated perforatum, has previously been based ethnomedical data.
