摘要: Leading up to the Outcome Measures in Rheumatology (OMERACT) 10 meeting, goal of Worker Productivity Special Interest Group (WP-SIG) was make progress on 3 key issues that relate application and interpretation worker productivity outcomes arthritis: (1) review existing conceptual frameworks help consolidate our intended target scope measurement; (2) examine methodologic associated with combining multiple indicators loss (e.g., absenteeism presenteeism) into a single comprehensive outcome; (3) relevant contextual factors work potential implications for scores derived from outcome measures. Progress made all at OMERACT 10. We identified theoretical offered unique but converging perspectives and/or disability provide guidance classification, selection, future recommendation outcomes. Several measurement analytic approaches combine presenteeism were proposed, need further validation such also recognized. Finally, participants WP-SIG engaged brainstorm preliminary endorsements support through an anonymous “dot voting” exercise. A total 24 specific identified, 16 receiving ≥ 1 vote among members, reflecting highly diverse views considered most important. Moving forward, these remains priority inform best arthritis research.
