Determination of bisphenol A using a flow injection inhibitory chemiluminescence method.

摘要: A new flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) method has been developed for the determination of bisphenol (BPA), based on inhibitory effect BPA reaction between luminol and potassium hexacyanoferrate. Under optimum conditions, decrease in CL emission intensity was linear with concentration range 8.0 × 10−7–1.2 10−5 mol[sol ]L, detection limit 3.1 10−7 ]L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) 11 replicate measurements 2.6% 2.0 10−6 ]L (n = 11). sampling frequency calculated to be ca. 120[sol ]h. This successfully used determine content aqueous solution polycarbonate materials. brief discussion possible mechanism is presented. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
