Effects of Prednisolone and Thalidomide on Induced Submandibular Gland Tumors in Hamsters

摘要: No significant difference in the incidence of induced fibrosarcomas hamster submandibular glands was noted when animals were given a single intraglandular injection 100, 200, 500, and 1000 µg prednisolone concurrently with administration 0.05 ml 0.5% 7:12-dimethylbenz(α)anthracene (DMBA) liquid petrolatum.
