摘要: Abstract SrRuO3 films were prepared using pulsed laser deposition on different substrates (z-cut Quartz, (001) SrTiO3 and LaAlO3) in this work. We have observed greatly enhanced perpendicular coercivity over 2 T nanocrystalline thin with a thickness of 60 nm deposited at 600 °C quartz compared to epitaxial (60 nm) LaAlO3 substrates. Our experiments also shown that lattice strain may result reduced Curie temperature saturation magnetization. The spin glass like behavior is the films. augmentation possibly associated nature phenomena
