摘要: Small-bowel neoplasms are the 3%–6% of all gastrointestinal tract neoplasms. Due to rarity these lesions, low index clinical suspicion, and inadequate radiologic examinations or incorrect interpretation findings, a delay in diagnosis 6–8 months from first symptoms often occurs. Even if conventional enteroclysis capsule endoscopy most common procedures used accurately depict bowel lumen mucosal surface, their use evaluating mural extramural extents small-bowel tumors is limited. Instead multidetector computed tomographic magnetic resonance have potential simultaneously intraluminal, mural, extraintestinal abnormalities. In particular MR has an excellent soft tissue contrast resolution multiplanar imaging capability. It can provide anatomic, functional, real time information without need ionizing radiation. appearances combined with contrast-enhancement behavior characteristic stenosis important differentiate neoplasm other nonneoplastic diseases.
