摘要: The toxicity of deltamethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide, was determined under standardized conditions (ISO, 1982) in neonates and juveniles Daphnia magna. Neonates (6 to 24 h old) were more sensitive than (48 72 old). 24- 48-h EC50s (immobilization) 0.113 0.031 μg 1-1, respectively. deltamethrin highly toxic. 96-h EC50 the ppt (μg 1-1) range. Toxicity tests with may be used detect toxic residues water sediment areas treated other pesticides.
