摘要: Abstract Many academic and practice articles have been published in healthcare operations management literature documenting the experience of implementing lean thinking (LT) institutions. But, none them developed a procedure for assessing implementation LT Lack assessment procedures make it difficult to evaluate progress made during LT. The current study attempts address this gap by developing demonstrating an extent institution To begin with, different tenets elements applied institutions were identified through review.
