In general population, well-described complication of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), liver laceration and injury, at rate between 0.5–2.9% after CPR. Liver among receiving CPR has not been well-studied. We sought find lacerations population associated with CPR, hypothesis that would be higher than population. Methods identified pregnancies complicated by cardiac performing retrospective medical record review 2011 2016 single tertiary referral hospital. then compared this group as found literature. Results Eleven 9408 women period suffered arrest. Return spontaneous circulation occurred seven eleven (64%) women. Three these clinically significant (43%). Overall mortality suffering was 82% (9/11).Even return circulation, 72%(5/7) including two three laceration. Conclusions Based on small study, requiring intervention 43% gravidas survived significantly published (0.6–2.1%) for patient Further studies are indicated determine incidence injury
