摘要: The ability to assess the impact of humanitarian interventions is key both for priority-setting and maximising quality projects. Humanitarian mine action (hma) a young sector, where application assessment still in its infancy. In this article we will briefly revisit history hma, before reviewing strengths weaknesses three different impact-assessment approaches: 1) Landmine Impact Survey; 2) economic analysis; 3) community studies.
