摘要: Reliable analytical information is of fundamental importance for decisions far-reaching impact in many regulatory, medical and scientific areas disciplines. It however at times elusive. Although the technique atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) as become widely established laboratories throughout world determination inorganic elements, only few AAS-based methods have reached official status even fewer attained reference method status. Research underway to delineate impacts a number parameters on performance lead protocols standard flame AAS (FAAS) reliable measurement major minor levels elements nutritional toxicological pertinence clinical biological materials. Factors investigated include preparation standards, calibration techniques, sampling sample decomposition, solution preparation, instrumental parameters, protocols. Examples some pronounced effects decomposition techniques are presented well indications excellent well-applied procedures determined by use materials comparison with other analysis. Reference will be made nutrient Na, K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu Zn plant
