摘要: The simultaneous substitution of Al3+ and O2- for Si4+ N3−, respectively, in the β′Si3N4 crystal structure produces a solid solution’ (β′) phase Si3−x Alx Ox N4−x which is basis range engineering ceramics. These ceramic ‘alloys’ may approach mono-phase statel or be‘composites’ β′ with matrix residue liquid-sintering aid.2, 3 Typically, level x less than 0.5 there little change intrinsic properties β Si3N4 crystal. However, it indirect influence on volume composition residual has dominant properties, especially at elevated temperatures.
