摘要: According to the structure characteristics of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, geometric modeling project based on real 3-D solid model exchanger is adopted, periodic total cross-section computation presented, and numerical simulation with complex supporting structures in shell-side realized. This new method can overcome some insufficiencies present provide a well aided for recurring simulating actual fluid flow states analyzing influence diversified components performance transfer shell-side. The modification unit duct rod baffle taking into account different kinds factors shell-side, which improve perfect usability serviceability model.
