摘要: Abstract NiZr 2 –ZrSi–Zr 5 (Si x Ni 1−x ) 4 -ZrC intermetallic/ceramic reinforced composite coatings were in situ synthesized by laser cladding the pre-placed Ni–Cr–B–Si powder on zirconium substrate. Microstructure and phase constituents investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscope (OM), scanning electron (SEM) energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Microhardness tester block-on-ring wear employed to measure hardness distribution resistance of coating. Results indicated that multiphase reinforcements includes Ni–Zr intermetallic compounds (e.g., Zr–Si(C) ceramic phases ZiSi, Zr Si ZrC). Ni–Si clusters transforming Zr–Si–Ni at high temperature facilitated forming during growth , consumption atoms lateral interface liquid/Zr resulted into developing Zr-poor zone near .
