摘要: Abstract A series of novel azonia aromatic heterocycles formed by a pyridazinobenzimidazolium system has been synthesized. Spectrofluorimetric and circular dichroism measurements, as well theoretical simulations for these materials, have shown their interesting fluorescence properties DNA-binding ability. Stoichiometries binding constants were obtained the induced spectra analysis. Moreover, potential compounds cell staining investigated in living HeLa cells confocal microscopy imaging.
