摘要: The AC susceptibility of rapidly quenched amorphous (Fe1-xMx)77Si10B13 (M=V,Cr,Mn,Ni) alloys has been measured in the temperature range from 4.2 to 300 K. A magnetic phase diagram is obtained for each pseudobinary system. are found exhibit either reentrant or classical spin-glass behaviour at low temperatures. spontaneous moment exists state but not state. common feature all alloy systems a remarkable increase coercivity and relaxation below Tg. 57Fe Mossbauer spectra have also M=Mn alloys, steep average hyperfine field observed
