摘要: We reviewed the long-term course of donor-site ankle after vascularized fibula grafts in 13 children. The preventive and therapeutic effects tibio-fibular metaphyseal synostosis (T-F synostosis) against valgus deformity, which is one postoperative problems, were evaluated based on three radiologic clinical parameters. Thirteen patients divided into two groups: with or without simultaneous T-F when was taken. Three underwent secondarily development deformity. Follow-up periods averaged 12.4 years. In primary synostosis, deformity only observed case. No functional disorder joints synostosis. all younger than 8 years old showed tilting angle 6.3 degrees. who secondarily, normalized cases fixation performed lateral wedging a mild stage. There statistically significant difference tilt between groups (with synostosis).
