摘要: Abstract The presence of enkephalin and substance P-positive neurons fibers were studied by immunohistochemistry (peroxidase-antiperoxidase or avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex methods) in 26 human fetuses ranging from 11 weeks gestation to 40 gestation. Enkephalin-positive localized the commissural, medial intermediate subnuclei as early 11–12 weeks' Positive around 12 many subnuclei, notably medial, intermediate, ventrolateral, ventral dorsolateral subnuclei. Substance commissural age 13 weeks.
