摘要: The objective of the study was to investigate broiler immune responses during starter phase graded levels digestible lysine. This experiment used 175 mixed sex chickens from 1 21 days age. Seven chicks were selected and allocated each floor pens. Chicks fed experimental diets one day old Dietary treatments included following lysine: 6.0, 8.0, 10.0, 12.0 14.0 g/kg diet. Supplemental synthetic L-Lysine-HCl which considered be 100% added obtain concentration amino acid. At age, two pen with body weights close mean for evaluation immunological variables. Immune organs (spleen bursa), cellular response (skin test), antibody production against infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) determined. Blood samples (plasma) taken same birds determine titer IBV. euthanized, bursa) removed, weighed individually. results showed that spleen bursa weight diet containing 6.0 lysine significantly lower than those given 10 14 Toe web thickness In conclusion, 8.0 appeared have greatest potential modulate among other levels. However increasing did not significant effect on production. Key words: acid, lysine, broiler,
