Design and fabrication of carbon nanotube-based microfuel cell and fuel cell stack coupled with hydrogen storage device

摘要: Abstract A metal hydride-based hydrogen storage device capable of storing 70 l reversibly at ambient conditions with 500 g ZrMn 0.85 Cr 0.1 V 0.05 Fe 0.5 Ni has been designed and developed. Good quality multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) have synthesized by pyrolysis acetylene over decrepitated alloy hydride catalyst. Pt-supported MWNTs (Pt/MWNTs) electrocatalysts prepared chemical reduction method using functionalized MWNTs. Fabrications a fuel cell stack planar configured microfuel done membrane electrode assembly Pt/MWNTs electrocatalyst Nafion 1135 membrane. Performance studies were coupling them to followed demonstration the working electronic devices.
