摘要: We compare the performance of very fast simulated quenching; generalized quenching, which unifies classical Boltzmann quenching and Cauchy variable step size quenching. The comparison is carried out by applying these algorithms to design diffractive optical elements for beam shaping monochromatic, spatially incoherent light a tightly focused image spot, whose central lobe should be smaller than geometrical-optics limit.
