摘要: We compare the performance of very fast simulated quenching; generalized quenching, which unifies classical Boltzmann quenching and Cauchy variable step size quenching. The comparison is carried out by applying these algorithms to design diffractive optical elements for beam shaping monochromatic, spatially incoherent light a tightly focused image spot, whose central lobe should be smaller than geometrical-optics limit. For we choose values visiting acceptance shape parameters recommended other investigators use both one-dimensional multidimensional Tsallis random number generator. find that, under our test conditions, generates each parameter's new states based on ratio instead certain theoretical probability distribution, produces best results. Finally, demonstrate experimentally with 0.22-0.68 times limit relative sidelobe intensity 55%-60% that maximum intensity.
