摘要: Introduces the knowledge value chain model as a management (KM) framework. The consists of infrastructure (knowledge worker recruitment, storage capacity, customer/supplier relationship and CKO management), process KM acquisition, innovation, protection, integration, dissemination), interaction among those components resulting in performance. Further to discussion (KVC), following viewpoint was proposed: guides way corporation performs individual activities organizes its entire KVC. It suggested that competitive advantage grows out corporations organize perform discrete which should be measured by core competence corporation.
