摘要: Introduces the knowledge value chain model as a management (KM) framework. The consists of infrastructure (knowledge worker recruitment, storage capacity, customer/supplier relationship and CKO management), process KM acquisition, innovation, protection, integration, dissemination), interaction among those components resulting in performance. Further to discussion (KVC), following viewpoint was proposed: guides way corporation performs individual activities organizes its entire KVC. It suggested that competitive advantage grows out corporations organize perform discrete which should be measured by core competence corporation. This article also provides cross‐reference for e‐commerce researchers practitioners.
