摘要: This experiment was carried out to evaluate the digestibility of amino acids from corn, soybean meal and corn germ in cecectomized roosters broilers. The used sixteen Lohmann-LSL with 45 weeks age, 20 AgRoss 508 male broilers 21 days age other same line, 42 all them cecectomized. A completely randomized arrangement three animal categories (roosters; chickens at age) adopted for each feedstuff analyzed. Each bird represented an experimental unit. trial had a duration 84 hours; first 36 hours were submitted fasting intestinal cleaning. After this, birds forced ingest 30 grams ingredient esophageal probe, introduced directly into crop. During subsequent 48 hours, excreta produced collected twice day. values true digestible reduced full-fat when determined procedures compared control group (adult cockerels). But, results not been observed meal. In general, acid higher adult cockerels. total amount 7.24; 6.25 7.33% 9.66; 9.14 9.91% 41.82; 41.78 42.02% meal, roosters, respectively. It that as gastrointestinal tract is mature, consumed enhanced.
