摘要: The oxidative dehydrogenation of propane was investigated using vanadia type catalysts supported on Al2O3 ,T iO 2, ZrO2 and MgO. promotion V2O5/Al2O3 catalyst with alkali metals (Li, Na, K) also attempted. Evaluation temperature programmed reduction patterns showed that the reducibility V species is affected by support acid‐base character. catalytic activity favored as it confirmed from runs conducted at 450‐550 C. V2O5/TiO2 exhibits highest in oxydehydrogenation propane. support’s nature affects selectivity to propene; V2O5 selectivity. Reaction studies addition decreases order non-doped>Li>Na>K.
