摘要: Hsp10 and Hsp60 are important heat shock proteins (HSPs), which might be indispensable in the response many other physiological processes. We obtained full-length cDNAs of genes hsp10 hsp60 classified their mRNA expression levels under thermal stress sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus. Full-length cDNA was 1528 bp containing a 5' untranslated region (UTR) 83 bp, 3' UTR 1133 an open reading frame (ORF) 312 encoding 103 amino acid residues. 2560 118-bp UTR, 678-bp 1764-bp ORF 586 The deduced sequences shared highest identity with urchin Strongylocentrotus purpuratus, phylogenetic trees showed that evolution almost accord species. Further analysis bg real-time PCR highly up-regulated at 26 degrees C compared three groups (20, 22, 24 C), intestine time-dependent manner C. results suggested were involved heat-shock A.
