Temperature dependent switching mechanism of (Pb0.92La0.08)(Zr0.65Ti0.35)O3 investigated by small and large signal measurements

摘要: The transition region between the field induced ferroelectric and ergodic phase in relaxor ferroelectrics offers possibility to study switching behavior as a function of increasing character system. Here, dependent small large signal measurements are presented. results obtained at distinct temperatures below temperature Tt for (Pb0.92La0.08)(Zr0.65Ti0.35)O3 concerning P(E), S(E), ϵ33(E), d33(E) display strong dependence. Analysis reversible irreversible domain processes leads conclusion that occurs through an intermediate nanodomain state even regime.
