摘要: Tumor cells express surface antigens that can serve as targets for immunologic attack. It has long been known T lymphocytes respond to and specifically kill these in vitro. If such could be obtained sufficient numbers, their adoptive transfer into a tumor-bearing host should provide berefit tumor therapy.
