摘要: Rotary kilns are used ubiquitously in the chemical and metallurgical industries. The mechanism of heat transfer a rotary kiln is discussed this paper, which effect rotation considered determining coefficients. In particular, an extended penetration theory successfully developed to describe coefficient covered wall bulk solid kiln, i.e., h cw-cb = (Xd p /k g + 0.5/2k b ρ c pb n/Φ 0 ) -1 (0.096 < x 0.198). A one-dimensional axial model for internally heated has been developed. Both predicted temperature profiles fluxes agree well with experimental data Barr et al. simulated results explain first time coupling phenomenon bed temperatures previous publications.
