摘要: Recent studies in rats have shown that taurine can prevent oxidative changes induced renal tissue by ischemia and reperfusion. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether occur during a long period cold ischemia. Materials methods: Oxidative were evaluated histologically biochemically kidneys from total 40 rats, which assigned 1 4 groups 10 each: control group (no given, immediately after removal), (as group, except given orally at dose 150 mg/kg per day for 3 days preceding kidney 72 h °C University Wisconsin solution), plus subsequently underwent as group). Results: Compared showed significantly lower levels malondialdehyde higher activities copper zinc dependent superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase. Conclusion: Orally administered appears ameliorate stress occurs had less tubular necrosis, glomerular epithelial injury.
