摘要: T cell alloreactivity is responsible for much of the morbidity and mortality associated with tissue transplantation graft versus host disease. Immunoassays ex vivo monitoring quantitation alloreactive cells are being increasingly utilised to provide valuable information individualised clinical management transplant recipients. Here we describe detailed methodologies both traditional novel assays detection, quantitation, functional characterisation highlight key advantages disadvantages each system.
