摘要: A fragile and non-thixotropic biocompatible low molecular weight gel is printed in 3D structures by a solvent exchange process. The printing process based on the continuous extrusion of solution small amphiphile molecule, N-heptyl-D-galactonamide, dimethylsulfoxide, that forms contact with water. diffusion water dimethylsulfoxide / N-heptyl-D-galactonamide triggers self-assembly molecule into supramolecular fibers setting ink. conditions for getting well-defined pattern dimensions constructs have been determined. resulting can be easily dissolved, orienting its application as sacrificial ink or temporary support. This method opens way to injection other hydrogels.
