摘要: Rare earth elements (REE) are essential raw materials used in modern technology. Current production of REE is dominated by hard-rock mining, particularly China, which typically requires high energy input. In order to expand the resource base REE, it important determine what alternative sources exist. placers have been known for many years, and require less than mining hard rock, but ore minerals derived from eroded granitic rocks commonly radioactive. Other types placers, such as those volcanic activity, rare. The Aksu Diamas heavy mineral placer Turkey has assessed potential extraction a by-product magnetite production, its genesis was not previously well understood. at hosted an array phases, including apatite, chevkinite group (CGM), monazite, allanite britholite, concentrated lenses channels unconsolidated Quaternary sands. Fingerprinting pyroxene, CGM, zircon identified source nearby Golcuk alkaline complex, history eruption throughout Plio-Quaternary. Heavy were tephra reworked into basinal sediments. This type deposit may represent other areas volcanism.
