摘要: The West Nile fever is a viral disease transferred by mosquito bite. It well known in the world for last 70 years. Recently, there was an outbreak of this Israel. We will describe case reports 2 patients who were afflicted disease. first one hospitalized with unusual presentation including paralysis to lower limbs, while second admitted meningitis. In both, course quite dramatic, and them expired. Reviewing literature revealed that neurological manifestations are frequent among these (90%), elder people, they fatal.
