摘要: T-type microchannel reactors were used to prepare monodispersed nanocrystals of barium sulfate and boehmite. The size is strongly dependent on the velocity reactants in channel. High beneficial for producing small particles. concentration also affects size. Boehmite was prepared by neutralization NaAlO2 Al2(SO4)3. Changing proportion Al2(SO4)3 will lead different pH values which determine phase alumina. efficiency micromixing key factor purity alumina morphology. Na2CO3 adjust at given value during aging process. Aging indispensable amorphous crystallize Raising age temperature would reduce time crystallization need. morphology characterized powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
