摘要: Using flow chamber system, we quantitatively studied the adhesion of erythrocytes (RBCs) patients with cerebral thrombosis (CTh) to cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated H2O2. The results showed that injured HUVECs enhanced RBCs in CTh. There is injury pathogenetic and pathologic process CTh, ECs promotes vaso-occlusive vascular damage; thus might play an important role pathogenesis
