Different side effect profiles of risperidone and clozapine in 20 outpatients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder: a pilot study.

摘要: Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare the side effect profiles clozapine and risperidone. Method subjects were 20 outpatients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder who clinically stable on a regimen at time screening. They underwent randomized-order crossover comparison 6 weeks risperidone treatment treatment.
