摘要: Total hip joint replacement considered one of the success sections modern medicine, but still wear total prostheses is a significant clinical problem and this might be increasingly complex with adding influence pelvis width leg length during preclinical testing. This study aims to analyze effect (femur tibia) on behavior ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) cup. The experiments have been carried out joint’s simulator (TLJS), which was particularly designed for purpose according ISO 14242-1 standard. TLJS consists three units: components (femur, tibia, foot), quick-return mechanism, cam mechanism were used reproduce flexion–extension external–internal movement, respectively, upper body stimulate construction applied load. tested cups (in loss form) evaluated under dry lubricating conditions, then worm examined by using scanning electron microscopy. results showed that femur, positive rate due flexion pelvic moment resulted ground reaction force rotation force.
