摘要: Abstract Determination of naproxen, salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic has been carried out in mixtures up to three components by recording emission fluorescence spectra between 300 520 nm with an excitation wavelength 290 nm. The excitation–emission these compounds are strongly overlapped, which does not permit their direct determination without previous separation conventional methodologies. Here, a method is proposed for the chemicals use full-spectrum multivariate calibration method, partial least-squares (PLS). experimental matrix was designed 18 samples. concentrations were varied 0.1 1.0 μg ml −1 0.5 5.0 from 2.0 12.0 acid. cross-validation used select number factors. To check accuracy optimized model, obtained using PLS-1, applied pharmaceuticals human serum samples previously spiked different amounts each chemical.
