摘要: This study aims to investigate effects of adenine on bacterial translocation (BT) using 99mTc-labeled E. coli in an intestinal obstruction rat model. In the twenty-one rats were used. The divided into three groups according different feeding patterns. control group (CG) was fed with a standard chow diet for 7 days. Group A1 and A2 supplemented At end period, after all submitted obstruction. 99mTc-E. injected rats’ terminal ileum under anesthetic. sacrificed aseptic conditions at 24th h surgery. uptake determined organs such as liver, mesenteric lymph nodes, spleen ileum. results show that decreased blood comparing CG. As result, it observed reduced level BT when compared beneficial effect observed. However, further studies are needed more clearly assess how this benefit can be achieved.
