摘要: Summary This study investigated the role of vitamin C as an antioxidant in protecting testis against damage experimental unilateral cryptorchidism. Forty-five male Wistar Albino rats were divided into three groups. The control group had intact rats, cryptorchid and treatment that it received at a dose 50 mg kg−1 body weight intraperitoneal, once day, during period. Histopathological samples obtained from five cases 15 animals each 15, 30 60 days after induction results showed histopathological parameters (left) testes significantly decreased compared with (P < 0.05), improved all these (P < 0.05).
