Microparticles, malignancy and thrombosis

摘要: Microparticles (MPs) are considered to be important biological effectors of several different physiological and pathological processes. There is increasing evidence their role in haemostasis thrombosis, also importance cancer cell survival, invasiveness metastasis. The level circulating MPs has been assessed many disease states, there reports that patients with malignancy thrombosis have increased levels MP-dependent thrombogenic potential. Research into the function effect currently hampered by a lack standardization methods used identify quantify them. As these improve it likely MP assays will use both diagnostically therapeutically future.
