摘要: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a symptomatic nose disorder induced after exposure to allergens via IgE-mediated hypersensitivity reactions, which are characterized by 4 cardinal symptoms: nasal obstruction, watery rhinorrhea, itching and sneezing. For both children adults, AR more than just sneezing itching. Complications of this disease numerous can have significant impact, physically psychosocially. Major comorbidities in patients with include asthma, rhinosinusitis (RS), otitis media effusion (OME), sleep disturbance. The symptoms cause not only physical problems the lower airway, but also psychosocial including those learning cognitive processes missing work or school (Fig. 1). Thus, it very important understand other conditions caused when managing disorder.
