摘要: Background Wax esters are important ingredients in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, lubricants and other chemical industries due to their excellent wetting property. Since the naturally occurring wax expensive scarce, these can be produced by enzymatic alcoholysis of vegetable oils. In an reaction, study on modeling optimization reaction system increase efficiency process is very important. The classical method involves varying one parameter at a time that ignores combined interactions between physicochemical parameters. RSM most popular techniques used for biochemical processes ANNs powerful flexible tools well suited processes.
