Microdomain formation in the CaFexMn1−xO3−y ferrites

摘要: Electron microscopy and diffraction show that samples of the title system treated at 1400°C in air are formed by intergrowth Ca 2 Fe O 5 -like domains and/or CaMnO 3 domains. Six sets micro-domains appear to be present x = 0.4 sample. These results discussed terms oxygen deficiency, compositional variations, structural relationship within ferrite-type solid solutions.
