摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small RNA molecules that play key roles in regulation of various biological processes. In order to better understand the significance miRNAs context Aeromonas hydrophila infection Megalobrama amblycephala, libraries obtained from fish liver at 0 (non-infection), 4, and 24 h post (poi) were sequenced using Illumina deep sequencing technology. A total 11,244,207, 9,212,958, 7,939,157 clean reads these three libraries, respectively. Bioinformatics analysis identified 171 conserved 62 putative novel miRNAs. The existence ten randomly selected was validated by RT-PCR. Pairwise comparison suggested 61 44 differentially expressed 4 poi, Furthermore, expression profiles nine qRT-PCR. MicroRNA target prediction, gene ontology (GO) annotation, Kyoto Encylopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) indicated a variety pathways could be affected A. infection. Additionally, transferrin (TF) receptor (TFR) genes confirmed direct targets miR-375. These results will expand our knowledge role immune response M. amblycephala infection, facilitate development effective strategies against amblycephala.
